While RoamWell specializes in elevated and luxury travel experiences often featuring 4-star and 5-star accommodations, boutique hotels, luxury cruises, and personalized experiences, recommendations can be customized to align with your comfort level and desired investment in travel.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your destination goals, travel style, preferred experiences, and budget expectations to create a personalized itinerary that balances value, comfort, and meaningful experiences. Whether planning a weekend getaway, luxury cruise, European itinerary, honeymoon, or multi-country international adventure, RoamWell Journeys is committed to designing seamless and thoughtfully curated travel experiences tailored to you.

I can assist with booking homestays through partners such as StayHVN or Plum Guide. However, I am unable to book through platforms like AirBnB and VVRBO, as they lack the vetting processes and 24/7 support of RoamWell Journeys and Fora's trusted partners. RoamWell can assist in creating your itinerary, planning excursions and transportation. 

Yes — hotel bookings made through RoamWell Journeys are typically complimentary when booked through hotel partners that offer travel advisor commission, which includes many luxury hotels, boutique resorts, and cruise lines worldwide.

In addition to personalized booking support, clients may also receive exclusive VIP amenities through preferred travel partnerships, including complimentary breakfast, hotel or spa credits, room upgrades (when available), early check-in, and late check-out.

Booking through RoamWell Journeys provides added value, elevated service, and a more seamless luxury travel experience — often at no additional cost to you.

 Yes — cruise bookings made through RoamWell Journeys are included at no additional cost when booked through commissionable cruise lines and travel partners, which includes most major luxury and premium cruise brands.

In addition to personalized cruise planning and support, clients may also receive access to exclusive travel advisor perks, amenities and on-board credits depending on the cruise line and sailing.

Pre- and post-cruise hotel bookings are also typically complimentary when reserved through RoamWell Journeys with preferred hotel partners that offer advisor commission. This allows clients to enjoy a seamless, elevated travel experience with personalized recommendations, added value, and concierge-level support throughout their journey.

RoamWell Journeys is compensated primarily through commissions paid by hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and travel partners when clients book eligible travel experiences through the agency. This allows many hotel and cruise bookings to be provided with personalized travel advisor support at no additional cost to the client.

For more customized services such as concierge travel planning, complex itineraries, group travel coordination, or detailed multi-destination trips, planning fees may apply depending on the scope and level of service requested. Any applicable planning fees are discussed transparently during the consultation process.
