RoamWell Founder's Background
Hi, I’m Britt — founder of RoamWell Journeys. Originally from Florida, I’ve lived in South Carolina, Virginia/DC, and Egypt before calling Colorado home for more than 12 years. My love for travel began through years of solo adventures, where I discovered not only a passion for exploring the world, but also a deep appreciation for experiencing new cultures in meaningful and immersive ways. Along the way, I became known for creating detailed, custom itineraries built around authentic experiences, thoughtful pacing, and unforgettable moments.
Travel has always been more than a hobby for me — it has been a way to connect, learn, and grow through the people and places encountered along the journey. After meeting and marrying my best friend, our shared passion for exploration only deepened. Together, we’ve traveled to more than 14 countries and 9 states in just two years, continually seeking destinations that inspire curiosity, adventure, connection, and lasting memories.
Founding RoamWell Journeys and joining Fora allowed me to turn a lifelong passion into a purpose-driven business focused on helping others experience the world beautifully and intentionally. I believe exceptional travel is not only about where you go, but how you experience it — through thoughtful planning, elevated hospitality, seamless details, and meaningful moments that stay with you long after returning home.
Whether planning a luxury cruise, a European escape, an outdoor adventure, or a milestone celebration, my goal is to create personalized journeys that feel effortless, immersive, and unforgettable.

How RoamWell Journeys Started
Ever since 2009, when Britt took her first “adult” trip with friends to Paris, she fell in love with travel, cultural immersion, and the excitement of experiencing the world through new perspectives. That transformative week abroad quickly led to an even bigger adventure — moving to Egypt to study Arabic and Middle Eastern culture — sparking a lifelong passion for exploration and meaningful travel experiences.
From that point forward, travel became more than simply visiting new destinations; it became a way of life. Britt made it a goal to experience at least one new country & a U.S. National Park each year, thoughtfully planning immersive itineraries centered around culture, adventure, hospitality, and authentic experiences. Over the years, she has traveled to more than 30 countries, developing a deep appreciation for the details that transform a trip from ordinary to unforgettable.
After marrying the love of her life, travel became an even greater shared passion. Together, they have explored destinations around the world while Britt naturally became the go-to planner for family vacations, group trips, cruises, and custom international itineraries for friends and loved ones.
In 2025, Britt officially combined her passion for travel and itinerary design by earning her Fora Travel Certification and launching RoamWell Journeys. Within just six months, she achieved Fora Pro status — a reflection of her dedication to exceptional service, thoughtful planning, and creating elevated travel experiences for her clients.
Today, RoamWell Journeys specializes in thoughtfully curated travel experiences ranging from weekend escapes and U.S. National Park adventures to luxury cruises and multi-week international journeys. Britt’s goal is simple: to help travelers explore fully, travel intentionally, and create extraordinary memories through seamless, personalized experiences around the world.
